The different stages focus on the following actions:

a) carry out a survey on the material provided for each language;
b) carry out a survey of incoming students’ language needs through questionnaires;
c) develop language materials based on the results of the survey;
d) evaluate the materials developed through a pilot group;
e) evaluating students’ reactions to the materials through interviews and questionnaires;
f) build an e-learning environment;
